Conscian is a genre filmmaker. Most recently, he completed "Nzu," a short film created for Disney and Hulu. This film won nine awards, including “Best International Short” at the African International Film Festival.

His earlier works include the dark, psychological horror short "The Familiar Fingers of Culture," which delves into societal extremes. This film won “Best Actress” at the British Horror Film Festival and “Best of Fest” at That Film Festival — Berlin. He also directed and wrote "Immure," a short film and was the winner of the “Grand Prize” and “Best Horror Award" at the Lancaster International Short Film Festival.

In television, Conscian directed the U.K. TV movie “The Tower,” a dark drama set in East London, written by Trent Devlin and featuring actors Alexander Vlahos and Osy Ikhile. His producing credits include the Israeli comedy show "Imported," created by Assaf Gefen and David Lifshitz, and "Beauty and the Baker," a four-season Israeli comedy created by Assi Azar.

Conscian was named a Breakthrough Leader in 2022, an honour recognising his potential as a future black leader in the TV industry.
